Chair Pilates uses a compact, spring-loaded platform with pedals and handles to challenge your strength, stability and control. Gentle on joints: All exercises are low-impact. The spring resistance supports the body, reducing stress on the hips, knees, and ankles. For older adults, this means a single piece of equipment can provide a full-body workout that addresses common issues like muscle weakness, stiffness, and poor balance.
Grip socks are required.
